We recommend keeping the Red & White Oranda in a tank of 25 Gallons or more to accommodate it growing up to 10 Inches in Length. Or you can raise them outdoors in Garden Ponds. The Red & WhiteOranda is a peaceful fish and we suggest keeping them together with their own species or other species of goldfish. You may include other tropical fish in your aquarium too as long as their temperament is peaceful as well.
The Red & White Oranda is an omnivorous species and can eat foods that contain both plant and meat ingredients. They will eat both dried and live food but recommend keeping their meaty intake to a minimal. A flake or pellet food formulated for the goldfish with provide the proper nutrients for vibrant color and health.
